Your next job isn’t on your résumé.

Talk through the work you actually did. We find the skills your title hides and match you to open roles.

Interview Illustrative example
  1. Claude Forget your job title for a minute. What did a normal Tuesday look like?
  2. You Mostly tickets. When the refund policy changed, I rewrote our help articles so people stopped calling in.
  3. Claude What did you do when your tools didn’t do what you needed?
  4. You Built a Google Sheet that sorts tickets by urgency. The team still uses it.
  5. Claude Have you used AI tools at work?
  6. You ChatGPT for drafting replies. I checked every one before it went out.

A job title is three words for years of work.

“Customer Service Executive” says nothing about the help centre you rewrote, the tool you built, or the AI drafts you caught before they went out. Hiring has moved on to skills. Résumés haven’t.

So Unresumed starts from a blank page. You talk, Claude asks follow-up questions, and the skills come from what you actually did. You can add an old CV later if you want, but you don’t start there.

  • No subscriptions. You pay only for a course or document you choose.
  • Honest matches. If a role needs a skill you don’t have yet, we say so.
  • Career help, not advice on everything. We don’t give legal, financial or medical advice. For questions about your employment rights, contact MOM or a lawyer.
